Cancellation Policy
As we are a small business we have a strict cancellation policy. Full refund up to 14 days prior to arrival. No refund within 14 days. We suggest travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances including COVID19.
Child Policy
As an adult retreat our apartments are not suitable for children.
Visitors
Our facilities are for guests only.
Check in and Out
Check in after 3pm, please let us know your approximate time of arrival. Check out before 10pm. Can be varied by arrangement where feasible.
Pets
Not suitable for pets.
Smoking
Facilities are smoke free inside and outside
